Drew A. Sockwell

A native of the Shoals area, Drew has worked as an executive in the technology and pharmaceutical industry earning numerous presidential awards. Over time, Drew enjoyed the success he obtained throughout his career, but felt a calling to pursue endeavors where he could be passionate about doing what he loves most, helping people. As a result, Drew enrolled in law school where he quickly realized his calling, which resulted in him graduating law school a year sooner than his class.

When Drew is not zealously fighting for his clients, he is spending time with his wife, Brittany, and their three boys. Drew is also a soccer coach, a T-Ball coach, an Alabama football fan, and a member of Parkview Baptist Church.

Angela Bullion

Angela comes to our office with a wealth of knowledge and experience. It has been her lifelong goal to work in the legal field because of her pursuit and dedication to assisting others in their time of need. She maintains a strong business acumen and has been an integral asset to our firm since its inception.

Donna Young McDaniel

Donna has over 20 years of experience working as a legal administrator and legal assistant. Donna’s experience involves working for many of the most successful and highly regarded attorneys in the Shoals area, and has a plethora of knowledge and experience extending in to areas of law in the following: criminal law (prosecution and defense), family law, probate law, personal injury, property law, appellate court, and real estate closings.

Carey Reeves

LEGAL ASSISTANT

Carey comes to our office after decades of experience in managing and operating multiple areas in business where she has acquired the skills that are highly regarded within our office. She was one of the hardest working individuals, and seeks to ensure that our clients are left with a positive outcome.

LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

Carter Kurth serves as a Legal Administrative Intern with our firm and brings a unique blend of perseverance, academic achievement, and diverse talents to his role. A native of North Alabama, Carter is currently pursuing his degree in Business and Management at the University of North Alabama.

Growing up with dyslexia and initially unable to read, Carter’s determination and resilience helped him not only overcome this challenge but excel to the point of earning a perfect 35 on the English portion of the ACT. Today, he is an avid reader who completes more than 300 books each year, and he shares his passion for language and literature by tutoring students in English and assisting novelists with editing their manuscripts.

Carter’s leadership and drive extend beyond academics. In high school, he was a varsity soccer player, and at the collegiate level he earned a place on his university’s professional e-sports team, showcasing both teamwork and competitive excellence.

His combination of discipline, intellectual curiosity, and creative problem-solving make him a valuable asset to the firm’s work and culture.
